Overview

We are seeking a skilled (must have some experience and willing to learn) and dedicated Bicycle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment. This role involves building bicycles, diagnosing, repairing, and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

Perform bicycle repairs ensuring all work is completed to high standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Work as a team with good comunication skills.

Skills

Proficient in the use of bicycle hand tools with a basic knowledge. Some bicycle knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively. Capability for lifting bicycles, demonstrating physical stamina. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
