We are a commercial organisation who generate leads and prospects from multiple clients including DNO's for work either owned and operated by a DNO or Private Commercial, NHS, Airports and large manufacturing customers operating in a commercial environment

About the Role




As part of a small team and due to growth in our business we have an exciting new opportunity for a Bid and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our bid team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. We pride ourselves on putting customers first, and our marketing is a key part in making that vision a reality.


This is an important role and you will have the ability to manage, coordinate and produce compelling and compliant documents that will directly support our future growth. You'll be working across departments, bringing together input from sales, marketing, project teams and more supporting the Bid Manager and Bid Writer in tenders to ensure every submission is delivered professionally and on time.

What you'll be doing:



Support the upkeep of our Bids and Tenders, ensuring that all documents are tracked, maintained and kept up to date Utilise appropriate systems to update our media and support in creating on and offline collateral articles, day in the life of, case studies, website updates With the Bid Manager, produce and manage all of our external supplier emails Manage updates to the Company websites ensuring content is regularly refreshed and is on brand Support the Bid Manager /Writer prepare all new development website content, ensuring strong imagery and engaging content is used and keep appropriate libraries in house Prepare a monthly email analysis report on production statistics Attend monthly Bid/Marketing meetings contributing where necessary Attend relevant events and site visits when required

Who we are looking for



Proven experience in coordinating and submitting proposals and marketing collateral Knowledge of bid and marketing tools A marketing qualification would be desirable Strong Microsoft 365 skills and document formatting Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management A pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively High level of IT literacy with ability to learn and utilise a range of different IT systems and propose better ways of working Strong copy writing and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with analytical capability Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies
