You will lead the creation of compelling, customer-focused propositions that clearly communicate EO's differentiators and outcomes. This includes building consistent messaging frameworks, templates, and bid materials that enable commercial and sales teams to respond quickly and confidently to opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and commercial execution -- combining creative proposition design with structured bid management. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and operational teams to translate technical capabilities and delivery experience into persuasive materials that resonate with customers and strengthen EO's brand.

Success in this role means establishing a best-in-class proposition and content library, elevating the quality, efficiency, and win rate of our bids and proposals across the business.

Key Responsibilities and About You

Proposition Development & Packaging

Translate business capabilities and service offerings into customer-relevant, clearly articulated value propositions. Work with product, commercial, and marketing teams to package propositions with clear, compelling messaging and visuals. Develop and maintain a suite of standardised propositions, tailored to customer segments or industry verticals. Ensure all propositions are underpinned by evidence such as case studies, testimonials, data insights, and ROI analysis. Maintain consistent branding, tone, and structure across all customer-facing materials.

Template and Content Development

Develop and maintain a library of template responses and standard content covering topics such as sustainability, quality assurance, data security, project management, social value, and company and product information. Collaborate with subject experts to ensure all content is accurate, current, and reflective of EO's latest capabilities. Introduce frameworks and tools (e.g. storyboards, style guides) to strengthen narrative quality. Implement version control and a content refresh cycle to keep materials up to date. Develop document management systems to improve accessibility and reuse.

Bid Management and Delivery

Lead the end-to-end bid process from opportunity qualification to submission and post-bid review. Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs to ensure bids are completed on time and to a high standard. Coordinate internal review processes including commercial, legal, technical, and financial inputs. Maintain a central repository of bid materials and supporting documentation. Conduct bid debriefs and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement. Contribute to pipeline reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, and commercial strategy discussions. Monitor bid performance metrics such as win rates, feedback scores, and response quality. Drive process improvements to streamline approvals, updates, and submission quality.

What You Bring

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills -- able to translate technical or operational content into compelling customer narratives. Experience developing value propositions or go-to-market materials. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent bids. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools. Proven experience managing bids or proposals in a B2B environment. Experience building and maintaining content libraries or bid knowledge bases. Familiarity with procurement portals and frameworks is desirable. * Comfortable leading bids and influencing senior stakeholders.
