Job Summary: Kiwa Construction & Utilities Cluster is looking for a Bid Assistant to join their team for a 6 Month Contract. This role supports the bid process by assisting with proposal submissions, generating accurate sales quotes, and ensuring timely delivery. The role is based in Aylesbury with hybrid working (1 day in the office per week). About the role:
Assist with the preparation and submission of bid documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage bid timelines and milestones to meet all deliverables
Liaise with sales, finance, and operations to gather bid information
Foster a team-based approach, working closely with colleagues to optimise bid quality
Gather input from subject matter experts, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic positioning
Draft and refine bid responses, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism
Provide input on grammar, language, and bid structuring, supporting bid teams in content development

Experience of managing customers (desirable)
