Location: Flexi can work from home but must live in a commutable distance of one of the two depots CV7 7 NL West Midlands or EN9 2HB Essex

Contract: Part Time 25 Hours

Salary: Dependant on Experience starting 15ph

We're growing rapidly and are now looking for an enthusiastic Bid, Marketing & Sales Support Executive to support our Sales Director in preparing winning tender submissions, producing impactful marketing materials, preparing customer quotes, and helping drive new business growth.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on position that blends tender coordination, marketing content creation, customer support, and sales enablement. You'll play a vital role in presenting Complete Washroom Solutions in the best possible light -- from crafting persuasive bid responses and quotations to designing marketing collateral and identifying new opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Tender & Bid Management

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end tender process -- from identifying opportunities to final submission.

Write clear, persuasive, and well-structured responses for public and private sector tenders. Work closely with the Sales Director, operations, and compliance teams to gather technical input, pricing, and service information

Maintain a library of standard bid content, case studies, accreditations, and testimonials.

Track tender opportunities via procurement portals and report progress to the Sales Director

.

Design and produce marketing materials to support bids and sales activity (brochures, service overviews, capability statements, case studies, etc



.

Ensure all materials reflect our brand standards and highlight our sustainability, compliance, and customer service strengths.



Support website and social media content updates to promote our services and successes
.

Assist with client presentations, event materials, and digital campaigns.



Sales & Customer Support

Prepare and issue customer quotes and proposals in line with company pricing and service standards


.

Provide sales support to the Sales Director and account managers, ensuring timely responses to customer enquiries.



Research and identify potential new clients and sectors for growth. Support lead generation activities, including email campaigns and prospect outreach.

Maintain and update sales databases, tender trackers, and CRM systems


.

Coordinate and support client engagement activities, including site visits and Presentations.



Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in bid/tender writing, marketing, or sales support (ideally in facilities management, hygiene services, or a related B2B sector)
.

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.



Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and marketing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Commercially aware and able to understand client needs and tailor messaging accordingly. Comfortable working collaboratively across departments. desirable Telemarketing Experience desirable Experience writing public sector tenders (e.g., NHS, local authority, education)

Understanding of ISO standards, environmental policies, and compliance frameworks

Experience with CRM systems
