You'll play a key role in coordinating tender submissions, supporting stakeholders, and developing high-quality proposals that win new business. With structured training and dedicated mentorship, you'll gain first-hand experience across the full bid and proposal process while developing commercial skills that are highly valued in many industries.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the preparation and submission of bids, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and tender documents. Organising meetings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating teams involved in the proposal process. Proofreading and editing content to ensure clear, accurate, and professional submissions. Learning to use bid software, CRM systems, and knowledge libraries to manage information. Assisting with compliance checks, resource planning, and strategy development for winning bids. Developing an understanding of commercial strategies, contract management, and customer engagement.

What we're looking for:

A motivated, detail-focused individual with excellent communication skills. Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. A team player with interpersonal awareness and flexibility. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward developing new skills. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, ideally including English and Maths. No prior experience in bid and proposal management required, full training will be provided.
