We are looking for a Bid & Sales Administrator working 08:30AM - 17.00PM, Monday - Friday ( WFH on Friday) to join our Sale Team. A total of 37.5 hours per week

What you'll be doing



We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid & Sales Administrator to support our sales team. This role is integral to the smooth and efficient coordination of both bid management and sales processes, providing administrative support across tender submissions, client proposals, and lead generation activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Bid Manager and Business Development team to ensure deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and high standards are consistently maintained. This position offers a valuable opportunity to play a key supporting role in driving business growth and securing new opportunities.

Responsibilities



Support in writing clear, concise, and compelling responses to tenders, proposals, PQQs, and RFIs/RFQs Support the end-to-end bid process, including initial evaluation, drafting, reviews, and final submission. Work closely with Bid Manager and internal teams to gather technical information to form bid answers Ensure all submissions are professionally written, formatted, and aligned with company branding. Develop and maintain our library of standard responses, case studies, and supporting documentation. Monitor frameworks and portals for new tender opportunities and report to Bid Manager. Understand client drivers, values, win themes and expectations to better position the bid. Review bid feedback, implement best practices, and contribute to process improvements to enhance win rates. Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to ensure bid responses are relevant and competitive. Monitor and follow up on inbound enquiries, ensuring timely responses General sales administration

What skills & experience you'll bring to the team



Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to understand and convey complex information in a clear and persuasive manner. Experience working to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Work well in a team as well as independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and PQQ/ITT documentation is advantageous but not required Cleaning/ Soft FM experience is advantageous but not essential
