We're a collaborative, forward-thinking group looking for a highly organised CRM and Sales Administrator / Co-ordinator to help power our growth across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple businesses in a technical, fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a vital part of our sales operations, you will manage CRM systems, coordinate proposals, track leads, and support our business development team to secure new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
Maintain and update CRM data (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
Monitor and report on sales pipelines, lead activity, and KPIs
Act as the "CRM Champion" by supporting user training and troubleshooting issues
Sales Support
Assist sales and BD teams with tracking leads, coordinating bids and frameworks
Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership
Maintain follow-up actions from meetings and internal communications
Proposal & Marketing Coordination
Support bid preparation including assembling CVs, case studies, and capability documents
Maintain a library of sales materials and templates
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Support diary and meeting coordination for the BD team
Help organise client-facing events, briefings, and contact communications
Ensure GDPR compliance in all contact list management
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years in a CRM admin or sales support/coordinator role
Proficient with CRM systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite) and MS Office
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator
Experience in a technical, professional services, engineering, or consultancy environment preferred
Desirable Skills
Experience using procurement portals (Contracts Finder, Jaggaer, etc.)
Familiarity with proposals and bids in technical or public sector environments
Understanding of sales pipelines, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
