ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued successful growth, our client is recruiting permanently for a Bid Writer to support the commercial team and work in conjunction with the Business Development Team on pre-qualification / selection questions and all invitation to tender submissions. As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for managing several bids at once in a demanding and fast paced environment; proof reading and rewriting inbound tender information; creating visually attractive client presentations for pre/during/post tender period; maintaining and improving the bid response library, including reviewing post tender submission client feedback and managing the end-to-end bid process to name just a few duties.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential you hold a minimum of 2 years\' experience within bid writing which must have been gained whilst working within the construction industry in the UK (experience in the demolition, substructure or superstructure sector is preferred, although not essential). As a Bid Writer, you will be able to write a variety of responses and documents, demonstrate good use of English and have the ability to convert draft notes into proposals. Due to the nature of the opportunity, you must be able to show the ability to work to strict deadlines and hold good IT skills (In Design, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel).

For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from \xc2\xa340,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa350,000 per annum however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.
