We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Bid Writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality written content across various platforms, ensuring clarity, coherence, and engagement.
Tender Submissions
Prepare presentations in support of business development and early tender engagement
Identify and prepare pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
Identify and prepare quality submission requirements for tenders.
Liaise with Estimating, Commercial, Operations, Planning, SHEQ, etc and external parties to review and prepare content for PQQs, Quality Submissions and similar tender documents.
Prepare and format documentation to be included in tenders.
Prepare CVs for project personnel and maintain a CV library.
Prepare and maintain databases, work processes and libraries of information for PQQs and quality submissions.
Requirements
Proven experience in writing, editing, or related roles is preferred
Strong proofreading skills with an impeccable eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Word processing applications such as Microsoft Word or similar programmes
Ability to organise workload effectively and manage time efficiently
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A degree or qualification in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
Must have the right to work in the UK
