We are seeking a talented Bids & Tenders Manager to join our busy and ambitious Business Development team. In this pivotal role, you will lead on coordinating, writing, and submitting high-quality applications to secure contracts and funding that enable us to expand and sustain vital mental health and wellbeing services.

You are:

A skilled bid writer with a strong track record of successful applications. Someone with a sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational abilities. An effective project manager, able to juggle multiple deadlines and work well under pressure. An analytical thinker and a confident communicator who can collaborate with people at all levels.

You will:

Lead, coordinate and produce high-quality bids, tenders and funding applications. Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to gather data, outcomes and insights that strengthen proposals. Develop innovative, evidence-based and competitive submissions that stand out. Ensure all applications are completed accurately, on time and in line with funder requirements. Create clear and realistic budgets to support each bid. Help shape the sustainability and growth of our mental health and wellbeing services.
