Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for winning new opportunities? You'll lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of bid opportunities, contracts, grants, and awards that align with the College's strategic vision. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll develop compelling, high-quality proposals that demonstrate our excellence, innovation, and impact.


You'll also take the lead on managing our training offer across public sector purchasing frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems, ensuring our information is accurate, compliant, and up to date. Beyond that, you'll be instrumental in evolving our internal systems to deliver real-time reporting on bid pipelines, progress, and performance - helping to keep the College at the forefront of opportunity and growth.

What you'll bring:



Proven experience in bids, tenders, or contract management, ideally within education or the public sector A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate opportunity into success Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills A strong understanding of public procurement frameworks and compliance The drive to enhance processes and achieve outstanding results
