What you'll be doing::
We are on the look-out for a Billing Administrator to join our team in Glasgow.
Working in partnership with a variety of departments throughout the business, our Billing Team are responsible for processing customer billing on the CRM and managing correspondence to the Billing Team.
It's a fast paced administration role and daily duties can include anything from processing and applying contracts through our in-house CRM system to creating and monitoring tickets in our helpdesk system, ensuring that customer billing is accurate. You'll liaise with our Sales, Technical and Finance teams to clarify customer billing requirements.
Day to Day responsibilities will also include:Managing customer records
Monitor and manage ticketing system
Processing sales orders
Processing customer cancellations
Monthly billing
Manage Microsoft licence packages on Microsoft portal and CRM
Queries from sales team
Other ad hoc billing requirements
We want to hear from you if you::
Have excellent administration experience
Have experience working with internal stakeholders in a commercial environment
Have excellent attention to detail
Are self-motivated with a drive to learn, and a 'can do' attitude
