There is an opportunity to join our team as a Billing Administrator. The position reports to our Finance Controller.
Responsibilities
Daily invoicing of our service and maintenance activities
Requesting purchase orders from customers
Ensuring engineering teams have correctly applied cost items to any completed jobs
Resolving disputed invoices
liaising with both internal teams and our customers
Qualifications
Proven experience in similar billing roles
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
