Billing Administrator

What You'll Do
You'll play an important role in helping us ensure timely and accurate billing, while learning how finance teams support wider business operations. With support and training, you'll:
Collect customer purchase orders to help process invoices on time
Learn how to generate accurate invoices based on customer contracts and schedules
Support customers with any questions about invoices, resolving queries professionally and promptly
Collaborate with Credit Controllers to help resolve billing issues that affect payments
Assist with audit preparations by gathering key documentation and ensuring compliance
What We're Looking For:
You don't need previous billing experience. We're looking for someone who is:
MS Office proficient
Highly organised, with good attention to detail
Comfortable with numbers and enjoys solving problems
Willing to learn and take initiative
Able to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues
Motivated by delivering great service and working as part of a team
