We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven individual to join our finance team in a dynamic role that blends billing, purchasing, and contract coordination. You'll be at the heart of our operations--managing ticket allocation, processing orders, and ensuring our financial records are accurate and up to date. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running smoothly, this is the role for you. Plus, you'll be a key support to our Billing Manager, stepping in when needed and helping the team grow stronger every day.

Key responsibilities:
Efficiently allocate and manage ticket distribution in line with company policies
Coordinate and process orders with precision
Maintain and update the purchase ledger with accurate transaction records
Generate and process invoices promptly and accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
Provide responsive support to customer inquiries
Ensure data integrity within the CRM system
Manage asset and contract records post-order completion
Assist in training new and existing team members
Support the Billing Manager during busy periods or absences
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
