We're looking for a Billing Assistant to join our finance team and provide essential billing, VAT accuracy and administrative support across the firm

The role offers a wide variety of tasks throughout the month, from preparing reports to processing bills. You'll be a part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes, and support is always available.

This role is based in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. Our hybrid working approach promotes flexibility and a work/life balance, while maintaining strong connections across the team. You'll have opportunities to develop new skills, take on responsibility and grow within a successful, forward-thinking firm.

We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to meet deadlines. Enthusiasm, adaptability, and effective communication skills are key.

We're open to applications from a general finance background, or administration background looking to kickstart their career within billing.
