Keoghs are recruiting a Billing Assistant to assist the Billing Team Leader to ensure that a timely and accurate service is provided at all times to both internal and external customers.

Key Accountabilities





Control the billing for a number of clients. Via electronic portals. Processing of bills within the finance system. Creation of Ledes files and submission of bills via portal Deal with rejection queries and re submission liaising with the fee earners and team leader and the client and system providers as necessary. Ensure all responses are actioned in a timely manner. Maintain spreadsheets to control and monitor the level of rejections. Manual updating master files Assisting with other activities in the billing team as required. Assisting in the implementation of controls to improve accuracy of all billing process. To provide cover for the absence of other team members. To carry out other general duties as requested by the Billing team leader to ensure that Finance Department objectives are being met

Experience, Skills and Qualifications





IT literate, the candidate should have a very good understanding of using spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office applications Excellent attention to detail when transferring and inputting data. Ability to communicate effectively with other Keoghs staff members at varying levels (fee earners and partners etc) and external client contacts. To take an active role within the Finance department and display excellent team working skills To be flexible in order to proactively assist in the general day to day duties of the finance department
