Join Our Finance Team as a Sales Ledger & Billing Assistant

We're looking for a Sales Ledger & Billing Assistant to join our Finance team. You'll play a key role in supporting our Members, handling queries with professionalism and care, and ensuring that invoices and credit notes are processed accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing:



As a vital part of our Finance team, you'll:

Act as the first point of contact for Member queries via email, phone, and internal systems

Work with suppliers to correct billing errors and chase outstanding queries

Process supplier credit notes, invoices, and Member correction documentation within deadlines

Ensure invoice corrections and associated credit notes are processed together for accuracy

Record and track all issues in our NetSuite CRM system

Report on root causes of billing errors and suggest improvements

Process all correction paperwork in our system in line with monthly deadlines

Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks when needed

Who we're looking for:



You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Communicate confidently and professionally with Members, suppliers, and colleagues

Enjoy problem-solving and can manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines

Have experience using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Experience in query management, invoice processing or sales ledger work

Have worked in a busy office environment and understand invoices, credit notes and VAT
