THE CHALLENGE:
As a
Billing Clerk
, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate invoicing of our services. Working closely with a dynamic and motivated team, your attention to detail and proactive mindset will support the efficient execution of billing operations and the continuous improvement of financial processes.
Ensure the accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies
Review customer contracts and sales tickets to calculate fees and applicable charges
Prepare and send invoices and payment reminders in a timely manner
Monitor incoming payments and allocate them correctly in the system
Maintain and update invoice records and customer profiles
Set up and adjust products and services in customer accounts
Handle written inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the billing team
ABOUT YOU:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or preferably Accounts Receivable
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (intermediate level required)
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or any ERP/database system is an advantage
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written)
Additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus
You are organized, flexible, and able to work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail with a customer-oriented mindset
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, FP&A)
