We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Billing Manager to lead our Eclipse and aBILLity Assist teams, ensuring accurate, timely billing and exceptional service delivery.

What you'll be doing

Lead and develop the Billing team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support. Ensure billing is delivered on time and in line with SLAs. Oversee client onboarding and maintain best practices across billing and customer service. Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies. Manage customer escalations and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Own and lead the TMBS Billing Accuracy Programme. Maintain compliance with Information Security policies.

Your Experience

Proven team leadership and performance management experience. Strong operational and reporting skills. Excellent communication and customer service focus. Experience with billing platforms and related processes. Willingness to travel within the UK. Desirable experience in telecoms/IT billing, knowledge of metering standards, and familiarity with Eclipse or aBILLity platforms.
