Your new role

We are seeking a highly organized Billing Specialist to join our team and manage our billing process.

They will be responsible for reviewing and preparing invoices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you'll be doing

Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data. Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Sales to improve billing processes Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment. Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports. Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed. Support cash application team in factfinding and updating customer records Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and policies. Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment from clients.

Netsuite/Recurly/Stripe or similar accounting software experience Salesforce experience Advanced excel skills Proactively building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and effective written communication
