Job Description

The Billings Officer will play a key role in managing billing processes and ensuring accuracy within the accounting and finance department. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who is committed to maintaining efficient financial operations in the not-for-profit sector.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and billing statements.
  • Maintain and update billing records and customer databases.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving client queries.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies.
  • Prepare reports on billing activities and financial performance.

A successful Billings Officer should have:
  • Experience in billing or a related role within the accounting and finance field.
