A leading architectural practice is seeking a dynamic BIM Associate to join their innovative and collaborative London studio, supporting both their London and international teams. This role involves leading BIM implementation, driving standards development, and advancing workflows across a range of exciting projects. The successful candidate will mentor design teams and be a key resource in developing the firm's BIM capabilities.
Key Requirements:
7-10 years of industry experience. 3-5 years in a BIM coordination/management role within an architecture or design practice. Proven expertise in BIM processes and standards, particularly for large-scale, complex projects. Strong background in Revit, including troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. Experience with Navisworks and Enscape, understanding of client BIM requirements and documentation (e.g., BEP, RM). Proficiency in implementing and managing Revit standards and content. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Desirable: Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, and related tools.
