We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our Infrastructure team in Cambridge.

What you'll do:



Coordinate and develop design to construction using BIM processes (4D, 5D & 5D+), optimizing sustainability, digital engineering, buildability, carbon, logistics, industrialization, maintenance, and health/safety during construction and in-use. Drive production of As-Built information with asset data-rich 2D/3D models and drawings. Support BIM Manager with coordination, assurance, and reporting of BIM information. Assist the construction team with model and drawing development.

What you'll bring to the role:



Appropriate professional qualification to HNC or higher Thorough knowledge of BIM implementation on a project Knowledge and awareness of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 You will have substantial CAD experience Good communication & administrative skills
