Develop fully coordinated, clash-free models using Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Prepare detailed models and drawings for chilled water pipe routing, package plant designs, containment layouts, and steel gantries.
Collaborate with in-house engineers, external consultants, and fabrication teams to ensure design accuracy and model compliance.
Produce fabrication-level deliverables including spooling, steel support details, and plantroom layouts.
Maintain and enforce BIM standards and BEP requirements across all deliverables.
Manage model versions, uploads, and coordination via CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360).
Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.
Skills & Requirements
Experience in Revit Technician role with strong MEP and structural coordination exposure.
High proficiency in Revit MEP -- including model development, detailing, and family creation.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating chilled water pipe layouts, plantroom design, and integration of package plant and modular assemblies.
Knowledge of steel gantry coordination, equipment mounting, and structural interface detailing.
Competent in clash detection and model review using Navisworks Manage.
Experience working in DfMA or prefabrication environments is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with cross-functional design and production teams.
Strong understanding of BIM workflows, project naming conventions, and technical drawing standards.

Exposure to UK BIM Level 2 standards and ISO 19650 practices.
Background in off-site mechanical fabrication or modular MEP design.
