We are seeking a
BIM Coordinator
with acivil engineering background or bias
to join our project team based between our Newcastle office and Murton site. This is a key role where you will serve as thedigital champion on site
, supporting the delivery of a coordinated and intelligent construction BIM model.Key Responsibilities:
Support the coordination and development of the construction BIM model on site. Report to and collaborate with the BIM Manager to ensure asset data is accurately updated. Coordinate
temporary works designs
andcontractor-designed items
within the master BIM model. Assist project planners in the creation and development of a4D BIM model
to support constructability reviews and sequencing assessments. Promote and implement digital construction practices on site.Desired Skills and Experience:
Background in
civil engineering
or related discipline (required). Experience withproject planning
or 4D modelling is highly desirable. Proficiency inRevit
(required). Familiarity withAutodesk Construction Cloud
(desirable). Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in multidisciplinary project environments.Benefits:
