DCT is a leading BIM consultancy delivering digital construction management, modelling, and geospatial services across some of Ireland's most complex and mission-critical projects. With 50+ BIM experts, 60+ clients, and 120+ projects delivered, we are expanding our team as we continue our growth across Ireland and the UK.

We are now seeking an experienced

BIM Manager

to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BIM delivery across multidisciplinary projects in line with ISO 19650 and company standards. Manage and coordinate BIM teams, workloads, and project priorities. Oversee BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model audits, clash detection, and model validation. Chair and manage BIM coordination meetings, ensuring clear communication with clients and contractors. Ensure consistent use of a Common Data Environment (CDE) aligned with DCT's QA/QC processes. Support project setup, Revit templates, family creation, and technical troubleshooting. Mentor and support BIM Coordinators and Technicians, contributing to their technical development. Deliver regular reporting on progress, risks, and digital construction opportunities. Collaborate with clients to ensure successful delivery of digital construction outcomes and measurable value.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience in BIM coordination/management within M&E, architectural, or multidisciplinary environments. Strong knowledge of Revit (MEP/Architecture/Structure), Navisworks, and the wider Autodesk BIM Suite. Proven experience leading model coordination and delivering BIM on large-scale projects. Excellent understanding of MEP coordination and digital construction workflows. Experience working within ISO 19650 frameworks (advantageous). Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. IT proficient with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and CDE platforms.
