Job Summary



A new opportunity has arisen working for Building Spatial Intelligence as an experienced REVIT/BIM Technician. This role involves supporting the development and maintenance of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes.

Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in construction technology and a background in 3D design along with a willingness to learn and apply their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The role will be mainly office-based, but there may be a requirement to travel to sites around the country to aid in training and to gain the necessary knowledge to do the job.

Reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with the Product Development Technician, the role is to provide detailed drawings of buildings based on supplied site data.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Accessing and interpreting the supplied site data. Creating detailed CAD Drawings and Building Information Models Collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and data integration. Maintain organised project files and documentation Participating in training sessions to improve technical skills and BIM knowledge. Meeting internal and customer deadlines

Qualifications and Skills



Excellent spatial awareness. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
