CPL Products' success in the manufacturing process is founded on its highly experienced and qualified colleagues, such as chemists, process engineers, production operatives and maintenance crew. These specialists use their expertise to bring innovative decarbonisation products to market, and help pioneer new practices across industry.

Working within CPL Products, an exciting opportunity has arisen for two Team Leaders to join the team within the Biocarbon Plant on a permanent, full-time basis (

shift based

- alternating day and night shift pattern)

The positions will be based at our Immingham location and will report to the Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will

o Complete plant handover, review resource and plant operating requirements for the shift as well as being a key decision maker in the operation of the plant.

o Complete detailed shift logs

o Manage the health and safety elements of plant, such as:

- Control access to plant and aid with permits to work

- Report hazards/incidents to the Operations Manager

- Undertake and support in investigations

o Have strong people management skills

o Be a good communicator

o Ensure inbound/outbound paperwork is completed accurately

o Conduct weekly stock checks

Requirements

o Previous process plant experience, ideally within a supervisory role

o Experience within a hands-on role including minor maintenance, breakdowns and housekeeping of plant

o Strong organisational, communication & multitasking skills

o Confidence to lead and take initiative

o Good communication & IT skills

o Able to work at pace
