Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to interpret biological data sets. Develop and implement algorithms for data mining and machine learning applications. Perform statistical analyses to validate findings and ensure the accuracy of results. Collaborate with biologists and researchers to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Create visual representations of data to communicate findings effectively. Maintain databases and ensure the integrity of data through regular audits. Stay updated with the latest advancements in bioinformatics tools and techniques.

Skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R Strong data skills, including experience with SQL for database management. Knowledge of statistical analysis methods relevant to biological research. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in bioinformatics. Knowledge in data visualisation tools to present complex information clearly. Understanding of biochemistry principles as they relate to bioinformatics. Ability to perform data mining to extract meaningful patterns from large datasets. Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications within the field of bioinformatics. Knowlege in Data visualisation and Data Sequencing Primer Designing, Data mapping for biological research
