Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Educate students in subjects such as Maths, Science, and Special Education. Provide tutoring and mentoring to support student academic growth. Conduct laboratory sessions where applicable, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Qualifications

A degree in Education or a related field is essential; further qualifications in Special Education or Scientific Research are advantageous. Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, with strong skills in mentoring and behaviour management. Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure clarity and accuracy in educational materials. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all learners.
