We are looking for somebody with a mixed skill set to join our team in our busy Otford Bistro/Tea Rooms. You will work throughout the Tea Rooms in a catering assistant/cook role, the position may include cooking, taking orders, cleaning, preparing food and in some circumstances you may need to assist the catering team further.

MAIN DUTIES to include:
To be the face of the charity, bringing it to life for the customers and team
To deliver excellent customer service
To ensure that the bistro premises are clean and tidy at all times and that food is displayed in an attractive and presentable manner.
To clean the kitchen, including washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
To cook and carry out basic food hygiene preparation tasks.
To load and unload the dishwasher
To help serve meals to customers
Any other duties which are consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the post.
This position is offered as 4/5 days weekly, including at least 50% of weekends.
