What You'll Be Doing
Lead the Team
- Allocate resources effectively to deliver all blast and paint tasks on time and to the highest quality standards.
Drive Excellence
- Undertake paint reports, monitor performance, and ensure first-time quality across every project.
Maximise Efficiency
- Organise resources, schedule work, and balance customer demand with smart planning.
Develop People
- Deliver Toolbox Talks, mentor your team, and help them grow their skills.
Embrace Technology
- Program and operate our
Blast & Paint robots
, while ensuring your team is fully trained and confident in using them.
Stay Hands-On
- Backfill as needed to keep projects on track and targets achieved.
Champion Safety & Quality
- Promote a strong HSE culture while driving best-in-class performance.
What We're Looking For
Proven Expertise
- At least 5 years' experience in a precision blast and paint environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of
NACE Level 1
or
ICorr Level 1
(or equivalent).
Leadership Ability
- Skilled in training, coaching, and developing others to reach their potential.
Forward-Thinking Attitude
- Enthusiastic about robotics and new technologies, with a track record (or keenness) to learn and apply them.
