The Role:

Although on a daily basis you will continue to work as part of the production team you will be required to assist in the management of the day to day Blending operation as required.

In addition, you will also stand in for the Supervisor during absences and holidays as agreed with the Production Manager.

Person Specification:

A good understanding of the whole Blending process. Excellent motivational, communication and interpersonal skills. Proactively identify and address problems, taking the appropriate action required. Ability to prioritise workload. Maintain and develop Health & Safety standards and requirements. Maintain and implement Good Manufacturing practises, including hygiene and quality control. Computer Literate

Additional Information:

Based at the Ossett site. This is a permanent position working, 48 hours per week, 6pm - 6am with three 30-minute paid breaks. However, due to the nature of the business a degree of flexibility is required.

Pay: 44,000.00 per year
