Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Provide accurate information regarding products & services Be able to use Canva & Capcut for Content creation & be able to post to socials Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience Stay informed about product updates and company policies

Experience



Previous experience in this industry is essential Strong communication skills Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions
