We're looking for a friendly, confident, and organised
Showroom & Sales Assistant
to join our team part-time in our exciting new showroom. This is a varied role that mixes customer-facing showroom appointments with Zoom consultations, essential office support, and even helping with hands-on product packaging. Perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves making a difference.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Appointments - Showroom & Zoom:
Hosting customers in our brand new showroomor guiding them through options on Zoom.
Listening carefully to their needs and offering genuinely helpful product advice.
Building quotes and creating a smooth, enjoyable buying experience--whether face-to-face or on screen.
Creating a warm and supportive environment where customers feel confident in their decisions.
Turning great advice and great service into great sales.
In the Office:
Answering phones and responding to emails - anything from giving rough quotes to booking consultations and fit dates.
Keeping customers in the loop with updates on their orders (we're big on good communication).
Ordering products accurately and efficiently.
Helping keep everything running smoothly when things get busy - we're a small team, so pitching in matters.
Supporting Manufacturing & Packaging:
Assisting Ellie with producing and packaging our custom coasters.
Getting involved with hands-on tasks when needed--perfect if you enjoy variety and a creative touch.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Loves to sell the right product for the right reason.
Is confident chatting with customers in person, on Zoom, over the phone and by email.
Can build trust, rapport, and a great customer experience.
Is naturally organised and reliable - you'll be juggling appointments, quotes, and emails.
Is happy to lend a hand wherever it's needed - whether that's in the showroom, the office, or packaging.
Has a keen eye for detail (because no one wants to order the wrong size blind!).
Bonus points if you've worked in a sales-focused role where building relationships and guiding customers through a considered purchase was key (think consultative sales, not scanning barcodes).
