Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the safe unloading, moving, and positioning of precast flooring units
Follow technical drawings and site plans to ensure accurate installation
Carry out basic finishing tasks such as grouting joints and sealing edges
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to high safety and cleanliness standards
Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality requirements
Follow all health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate PPE at all times
Requirements
Essential:
Previous experience in construction, groundworks, or similar trade (training provided for the right candidates)
Good understanding of site safety and manual handling practices
Physically fit for manual work
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Desirable:
CSCS Card or equivalent site safety qualification
Experience in precast concrete installation
Knowledge of basic construction tools and techniques
Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 4 weeks
Pay: 100.00-200.00 per day
Licence/Certification:
CSCS card (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
100% (required)
