2ManageProperty are a property management company providing services for blocks of flats and Housing estates dealing with Residents Associations, Property Owners, Freeholders and Leaseholders.
2ManageProperty are based in Sunbury-On-Thames covering Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire, Berkshire, West Sussex, as well as North, West and South London areas.
They are an expanding company and are seeking additional staff to support their operations and are now looking for a Property Manager to work with their growing team of property managers, administrators, accounts and book-keepers.

The Position

The successful candidate will be dealing with enquiries and working on property administration activities, working closely with the property managers and accounts departments.
Ideally you will have experience of
Block
property management, property administration and have excellent organisational skills.
Skills required:
Excellent organisational skills with the ability and experience to deal with clients and contractors.
Tech Proficiency
:
Competency in computer systems and an openness to adapt to new technologies.
Data Management: Accurate and efficient data entry of essential property details into their online system.
Prior Property Experience: Previous experience in the property industry is advantageous, showcasing their familiarity with property management processes.
Keen Attention to Detail: Precise data entry is essential for maintaining their property records.
Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills enable you to interact proficiently with tenants and colleagues.
Independence and Efficiency: The ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Dealing with section 20 procedures, Major works
Budgeting and AGM /Director meetings
Heath and safety requirements
Experience of property management and appropriate skills in Block management.
Other key responsibilities include:
Updating property management databases accurately and promptly.
Extracting relevant information to update systems.
You will maintain records of transactions and deposits for the completion of a sale.
Building effective working relationships with the wider teams.
Assisting to develop business processes and procedures.
Administration of property insurance recording and trades insurances.
Assist in growing the block management and dealing with new business setups as we expand.
