We are a professional and independent Block and Estate management company based just outside Bristol near Bradley Stoke. Due to upcoming growth and expansion, we are looking for a candidate to join our existing property management team. We are looking to recruit a new PM by 1st October 2025.
Our vision is to create a movement of professional and efficient property management in an industry that is rife with poor service, hidden costs and a lack of transparency.
This role involves managing all aspects of a portfolio of sites across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire, ranging from new build developments, listed and heritage conversions and freehold estates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the pro-active day to day management of each site, which includes but not limited to maintenance coordination, interpretation of leases, inspections, AGM's, meetings with decision making owners, managing contracts and dealing with lessee enquiries.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and customer service skills, be able to prioritise and think outside the box and be happy working within a close team, with a genuine wish to make a difference to our clients and the properties they reside in.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a Block Property Manager.
Candidates who have a RICS, AIRPM or MIRPM accreditation will be viewed more favourably but the company might consider an experienced candidate who is prepared to achieve the qualification as mandatory qualifications will likely become a minimum requirement for those working in the industry in the future.
