Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Block Paver to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in bricklaying and carpentry, with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and masonry techniques.
Duties:
- Lay and set blocks or bricks following blueprints or specific instructions
- Cut or shape blocks to fit around obstacles
- Ensure precision and accuracy in block placement
- Repair or replace damaged blocks
- Utilise welding techniques for block reinforcement
- Use power tools for cutting and shaping blocks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Block Paver or similar role
- Proficiency in bricklaying, carpentry, and masonry work
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and precision in block placement
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job
