We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role requires physical stamina and the capability to handle various tasks related to construction, maintenance, or manufacturing. As a Skilled Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.it would help if you had your own driving license. A will be provided and insured. We are looking for a good timekeeper. It is possible to work for our company seven days a week. Must be willing and able turning up on time this job will hold many benefits.

Duties

Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials Assist tradespeople with their duties, providing support as needed Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately A valid driving licence is beneficial but not required
