Who We're Looking For

You're not just a property manager, you're a problem-solver, communicator, and organiser who thrives on structure, ownership, and results. You've managed residential blocks before and know what excellent service actually looks like.

You're someone who:

Has a minimum of 2+ years' experience in block/property management (leasehold/residential). Understands service charge budgets, major works, and leaseholder engagement. Communicates clearly and confidently, both with clients and contractors. Thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and technology-enhanced environment. Takes initiative, owns their portfolio, and values continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the main point of contact for a well-maintained portfolio of residential blocks, supported by a smart internal team and digital tools. Responsibilities include:

Managing leaseholder queries and client relationships. Preparing service charge budgets and managing contractor relationships. Overseeing compliance, maintenance, and cyclical works. Leading site visits, AGMs, and handling section 20 consultations. Working closely with a leadership team that values your voice, input, and career progression.
