We are seeking a dedicated Home Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional support to our clients in their homes. Located in the heart of our community, this role is vital in enhancing the wellbeing of our clients through personalized care and companionship.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications

Previous experience in home care or related field is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively Compassionate approach to client care with a focus on holistic wellbeing Valid driving license Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes
