The Role:

We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of BMS projects. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from our Southall office, on-site, and remotely as needed. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Lead the end-to-end management of BMS projects, including defining project scope, developing detailed plans, and coordinating resources.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Oversight:

Provide technical guidance on Trend and Tridium systems, ensuring installations meet client specifications and industry standards.

Budget & Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently to achieve financial targets.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Team Leadership:

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in BMS project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in Trend and Tridium systems, with a solid understanding of BMS integration and commissioning.

Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications are desirable.

Driving Licence:
