We are seeking an experienced and proactive

BMS Service Engineer

to join our growing London-based team. Operating within the M25, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, fault-finding, and optimising BMS systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. You will play a key role in supporting energy performance and system reliability.

Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and fault diagnostics on BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, or Siemens Provide technical support and emergency call-out response as required Work on system upgrades, software modifications, and minor installation works Maintain accurate service records and produce clear, concise reports for clients and internal teams Identify energy-saving opportunities and system improvements for client consideration Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues to deliver exceptional service Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety, environmental, and company standards

Requirements
