About the Role

As a BMW Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey, providing a seamless, premium experience from initial enquiry to handover. Whether in the showroom or digitally, you'll build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and match them to the perfect BMW.

Your responsibilities will include

Delivering a 5-star customer experience in line with the BMW brand Generating and following up on leads through digital platforms and walk-ins Advising customers on finance and insurance options (full training provided) Achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets Managing the entire sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover Staying up to date with the latest models, technologies, and features

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A confident communicator with a passion for customer service Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional approach Organised, with strong attention to detail Experienced in automotive sales (preferred)
