Duties
Engage with prospective customers both in person and via telephone to promote vehicle sales and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalised service and follow-up communications.
Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress effectively.
Conduct product presentations, including detailed explanations of vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or vehicle accessories to maximise sales revenue.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share and customer satisfaction.
Maintain organised records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient workflow.
Uphold professional phone etiquette and communication standards at all times when dealing with clients or colleagues.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is preferred.
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are considered a significant advantage in engaging diverse client demographics.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and persuasive dialogue.
