Your role

As a key member of our well-established Peterborough team, you will strive to exceed sales targets and maximise profits while maintaining the high standard of customer service that has been our hallmark for 100 years. You'll bring your natural strengths and passion for helping people to generate leads, listen to customers, and guide them through the sales process. You'll be part of a close-knit team focused on delivering the ultimate customer experience with integrity and enthusiasm.

Your profile

Experience working in a customer environment

Proven record of outstanding sales performance

Full UK driving licence

Work schedule

: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30; Saturday (on a rota basis), 09:00 to 17:00; Sunday (on a rota basis) 10:00 to 16:00

Salary

: 22,000, increasing to 24,000 following BMW accreditation, with an OTE of up to 55,000 per annum.
