Board Erector & Maintenance Operative - Ayrshire
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Board Erector & Maintenance Operative, working across Ayrshire.
This role involves erecting, removing, and maintaining For Sale and To Let boards on behalf of estate and letting agents. It is an outdoor, practical position that requires good fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, remove, and maintain property boards at various locations.
Ensure boards are secure, safe, and compliant with local regulations.
Keep accurate records of completed jobs.
Maintain stock of boards, posts, and fittings.
Deliver excellent service to clients.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Good knowledge of Ayrshire and surrounding areas.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work to schedules.
Previous experience in signage, delivery, or outdoor work desirable but not essential (training provided).
